That is why our core lawn care program is built around a consistent weekly visit rather than the every-other-week schedule that works up north.
On each visit we mow at the correct height for your grass type, neatly trim around every obstacle, edge the front walk and curb line, pick up trash, and blow the walkways and driveway clean. Nothing gets left in the street and nothing gets blown into your pool cage.

What a weekly visit looks like
Walk the property
Pick up debris and note anything that needs your attention — a broken sprinkler head, a chinch bug hot spot, a limb hanging over the roof.
Mow
Cut at the correct height, alternating direction week to week so the turf does not lay over in a permanent grain.
Edge and trim
Hard edge along walks, drive and curb, then string trim every obstacle and bed line.
Blow clean
All hard surfaces cleared. We leave the property looking finished, not just cut.
Lawn Care FAQs
How often should a Florida lawn be mowed?
Through the April-to-November growing season, weekly is the right interval for St. Augustine and Zoysia in Palm Beach County. Cutting more than about a third of the blade at once stresses the turf, and a two-week gap in July almost always means removing more than that. In the cooler, drier months growth slows and some properties move to every ten to fourteen days.
Do you cut too short?
No. St. Augustine — Floratam, Palmetto and Bitter Blue — is healthiest at 3.5 to 4 inches. Taller turf shades the soil, holds moisture and crowds out weeds. Scalping a St. Augustine lawn is one of the fastest ways to invite chinch bugs and weed pressure.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Weekly lawn maintenance is billed monthly and you can stop at any time. We would rather earn the next visit than lock you into a year.
What if it rains on my service day?
South Florida afternoon storms are a fact of life. If the turf is too wet to cut without rutting or clumping, we shift you to the next available day that week rather than tear up a soggy lawn.
Do you bag the clippings?
Generally no, and that is deliberate. Mulched clippings return nitrogen and organic matter to sandy South Florida soil. If a lawn has been let go and the clumping would smother the turf, we will clean it up on that visit.
