Image is critical to the value of your property. We can survey existing conditions, fix a single problem area, or do a complete makeover while staying within your budget.

Commercial & HOA Landscaping from Outfront Landscaping — available across Palm Beach and northern Broward County for both residential and commercial properties. Free estimates, no contract required on maintenance. Call or text (561) 877-9154.

Commercial grounds care is a different job from residential work. Property managers and HOA boards need predictable scheduling, crews that show up when they said they would, work performed before tenants and residents arrive, and a single point of contact who answers the phone.

We maintain executive office buildings, multifamily homes and HOA communities, retail centers and corporate offices. The scope ranges from straightforward mow-and-blow common area maintenance to full site makeovers and upgrades.

Our process

Working with property managers

  1. Walk the site together

We survey existing property conditions with you and document what needs attention now versus what can be phased.

  2. Scope and budget

A written scope with a real number, structured so a board or an owner can approve it without guessing.

  3. Scheduled service

A fixed service day so residents and tenants know what to expect and you are not fielding questions about when the crew is coming.

  4. Stay reachable

One point of contact. Call or text and you get an actual answer, not a ticket number.

Questions

Commercial FAQs

What types of commercial properties do you maintain?

Executive office buildings, multifamily homes and HOA communities, retail centers and corporate offices across Palm Beach County and northern Broward.

Can you work around business hours?

Yes. Retail and office sites are usually serviced early so the work is finished before customers and staff arrive, and so crews are not running equipment beside occupied patios or entrances.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, and we will provide a current certificate of insurance naming your property or association before work begins. Most managers ask for it as a matter of course and it is a fair thing to require.

Can you take over an existing property mid-contract?

Yes. Transitions are routine. We walk the site, document its condition on day one so there is no argument later about what we inherited, and set the service schedule from there.

How do you handle storm cleanup on commercial sites?

Existing maintenance clients get priority after a storm. The first pass clears access — drives, entries, walkways and fire lanes — and the full cleanup follows once the property is safe to move around.
