The short version
This website has no contact forms, no logins, no shopping cart, no advertising tags, no analytics scripts and no cookies of any kind. It makes no requests to any third-party server — fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from this domain.
In plain terms: browsing this site does not collect anything about you.
What we do receive
Server logs. Like any website, the hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user agent). These are generated by the web server, retained briefly, and used only for security and diagnostics.
Information you send us directly. If you call or text (561) 877-9154, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us — typically your name, service address and a description of the work. We use it to quote and perform the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the company except a subcontractor actually performing work on your property.
Text messages
Texting us is entirely at your initiative. We reply about your inquiry and your service. We do not run marketing text campaigns and we do not add you to any list. Reply STOP at any time and we will not text you again.
Retention
Customer contact and job records are kept as long as needed to service the account and to satisfy tax and business record requirements. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
